We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate or timely.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each party shall bear its own costs. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
